
By booking a service with Sydney Chauffeured Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Sydney Chauffeured Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides professional chauffeured transfer services across Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter Region, Blue Mountains, South Coast, North Coast, and the ACT.
By using our services, you (“the client”, “passenger”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
You acknowledge that we have the right to refuse a service without providing a reason and we as a service provider have no liability for services not provided directly by us.
Passengers must abide by the laws and regulations governing within the state they are travelling and in conjunction with Sydney Chauffeured Services.
You acknowledge that we are not accountable for loss of life or injury to any person.
All information provided by the passenger is deemed correct and we are not responsible for any delays or loss of any kind due to incorrect information provided. We are not liable for inaccuracy of information relating to a Transport service or price.(E&OE)
All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
Confirmation of booking will be provided by email or text message.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all booking details (date, time, pickup/drop-off, passenger numbers) are correct prior to payment being made for the booking.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.
Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, and extra stops not included in the original booking.
Surcharges may apply on public holidays such as, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
A 25% Surcharge applies for all vehicle type bookings
A non-refundable booking fee of $20(ex GST) is charged per transfer.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Full refund. Booking Fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time: 50% of fare will be charged. Booking Fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations within 12 hours or “no-shows”: Full fare will be charged.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any costs or losses that may arise from missed flights or transfer connections, which are affected by diversion, cancellations, substitution, changes, delays or errors in bookings.(E&OE). You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to advise of any updates as full costs may be incurred.
With regards to the above, firmer cancellation policies may be applied in certain circumstances and will supersede the above policies.
We monitor flight arrivals for airport transfers and adjust pickup times accordingly.
A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed for standard pickups. After this, waiting time charges apply.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
All bookings attract a complimentary waiting time as follows:
Non-Airport Pickups – 15 minutes
Domestic Terminals (T2, T3) – 30 minutes – *from the time the flight gates**
International Terminal (T1) – 50 minutes – *from the time the flight gates**
Cruise Terminals – 45 minutes – *from your scheduled disembarkment slot**
Time that exceeds the complimentary waiting time, will attract a waiting rate of $30 (inc GST) that’s charged in 15 minute increments.
This is payable directly to the Chauffeur before exiting the vehicle.
*All flights are tracked via Flight Radar 24 and complimentary waiting times only begins from the moment the plane gates, regardless of any flight delays*
Sydney Chauffeured Services reserves the right to pass on, without notice, any increases that may occur in any applicable airport charges, road & bridge tolls, entry fees or parking charges. We monitor all aircraft movements prior to your pick up.
If passengers are delayed after arriving at the terminal, additional fees may apply
Passengers must wear seat belts at all times as required by Australian law.
Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in vehicles.
Food and beverages, excluding bottled water, are not to be consumed within the vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will result in the client being charged the cost of repairs and any associated downtime.
The Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse any passenger that is intoxicated or abusive in behaviour entry to the vehicle, and furthermore reserves the right to deny access to any venue that they deem unsafe for the passenger and the vehicle.
PETS – no pets are allowed in the vehicle with the exception of a guide dog and special needs assistant dog. A blanket or seat covering must be provided by the passenger.
LOST & FOUND – you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced property. It is your responsibilty to ensure you have all your belongings before the chauffeur departs. If a personal item is left in a vehicle by a passenger, it will be returned to the passenger at your expense.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within the vehicle booked.
Sedan- Maximum luggage is 2 normal size suitcases – As per check in size for a flight
2 carry on luggage – As per carry on size for a flight
We will take all reasonable steps to provide safe and reliable service but accept no liability for:
Missed flights, events, or appointments due to delays outside our control.
Loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the value of the booking.
Australian law requires that all children under 8 years of age must travel in an appropriate child restraint and only available in vehicles from an SUV and up.
A standard fee of $30 per child restraint will be charged.
Care is always taken by our Chauffeurs to safely install a child restraint into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to check and amend the child restraint, as where required, before the start of your journey.
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
