Owner & CEO
After 28 successful years in the retail industry and highly driven on delivering mind blowing customer service, Luiz decided he needed both a change and new challenge. His new vision was to focus and embrace the travel industry..
In 2018 Luiz acquired the position as a chauffeur driver, transporting passengers for multiple carriers and familiarising himself within the industry. His attention to detail resulted in him offering passengers an unforgettable travel experience.
During the 2020-2022 Covid Pandemic, Luiz focused primarily on domestic travel, communicating and networking with people, to better understand their travel needs. In March 2022 Luiz embraced the role of a concierge for a well recognised company in the industry, servicing a major carrier and managing a fleet of drivers, with a coverage rate of 100% resulting to not one passenger being stranded.
Over this time Luiz has created a network of over 120 drivers in Sydney of which all are compliant and accredited through NSW Point to point authorities. Luiz is very well known, trusted and respected amongst drivers, airport staff and other booking service providers in the industry.
Taking onboard the experience, the network of drivers in place, and with Sydney’s new second airport, travelling will be taken to a different level.
Due to a high demand in requests from passengers experiencing our standard of service, Sydney Chauffeured Services was established.
